The rules that govern your use of SanoobFit's website, app, and coaching programmes. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Welcome to Sanoobfit Private Limited ("SanoobFit," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.sanoobfit.com, the SanoobFit mobile and web app, and all fitness coaching programmes, nutrition guidance, free resources, and related services we offer.

By accessing or using our website, app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Who We Are

Sanoobfit Private Limited is a private limited company registered in India, operated by Muhammed Sanoob from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. There is no separate parent-purchased account for younger members; anyone creating an account, including a minor, enters their own date of birth during sign-up, the same as any other member.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All fitness programmes, nutrition guidance, and content provided by SanoobFit are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• SanoobFit is not a medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You must consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or wellness programme, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, are taking medication, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
• You assume all risks associated with participation in physical exercise, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, dehydration, and worsening of pre-existing conditions.
• Results from any fitness programme are not guaranteed and vary based on individual factors such as genetics, adherence, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, and starting fitness level.
• Any client testimonials, transformation photos, or success stories shared on our platforms represent individual experiences only and are not promises of similar results.
• You will immediately stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other warning sign during or after a session.
• Sanoobfit Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and contracted coaches shall not be liable for any injuries, health complications, illness, death, or other adverse outcomes resulting from your participation in our programmes or use of our content.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, you must not share your account or transfer access to any other person, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Account sharing, transferring, or selling access may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through SanoobFit's website, app, programmes, and resources, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio files, downloadable PDFs, workout plans, meal plans, training videos, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Sanoobfit Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial fitness journey while you have an active subscription or have purchased the programme.

You may not: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or sell our content; share programme content with non-subscribers; use our content to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models; use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any of our software. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

6.1 Payment methods. On our website, payments are processed via Razorpay. In our iPhone app, purchases are processed by Apple through its own in-app purchase system, and purchase and subscription status is shared with RevenueCat, the service we use to manage subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by these processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

6.2 One-time purchases. Some programmes are sold as one-time purchases, granting you access for a specified duration (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, lifetime).

6.3 Subscription / recurring payments. Other programmes are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or otherwise). By subscribing: you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the interval and price disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, by emailing info@sanoobfit.com, or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that period ends. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date; failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.

6.4 No-refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated refunds for one-time purchases, subscription renewals, unused portions of an active subscription, programme cancellation by you, failure to follow the programme or achieve your desired results, or changes in your personal circumstances. Before purchasing, please review programme descriptions carefully and ensure the programme is suitable for you. If you have any questions, contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions: where local consumer protection law (e.g., UAE consumer law, EU consumer rights directive) grants mandatory refund or cooling-off rights that override this policy, we will comply with those legal requirements. Contact us if you believe such rights apply to your situation.

6.5 Pricing and currency. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout (typically AED or INR via Razorpay, or the currency of your Apple ID storefront via Apple's in-app purchase system). Prices are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: use our website or services for any unlawful purpose; distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content; reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or harvest data from our website or app; use bots, automated scripts, or similar tools to access our services; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation; upload viruses, malicious code, or content that could harm our systems or other users; interfere with the operation of our website, app, or services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; engage in harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory conduct in any communication with our coaches, team, or other users; or use our services to promote competing fitness products or services.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice and without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

8. Use of Client Images, Testimonials, and Reviews

If you share before/after photos, transformation images, written testimonials, video reviews, or success stories with us, we may use this content publicly for marketing and promotional purposes, only if you have given explicit consent.

By submitting such content, you grant SanoobFit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submissions across our website, blog, and mobile/web app, our official social media accounts, paid advertising campaigns, and marketing materials, case studies, and promotional collateral.

You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing info@sanoobfit.com. We will remove your content from future publications upon request; however, previously distributed materials (e.g., already-published social media posts, screenshots taken by third parties) may continue to exist outside our control.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Services provided "as is". Our website, app, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that our website or app is free of viruses or harmful components, or that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9.2 No guarantee of results. Fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle outcomes depend on many individual factors beyond our control. We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve specific weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or aesthetic results, that programmes will work the same way for every individual, or that testimonials or transformations shown represent typical results.

9.3 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanoobfit Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill; personal injury, illness, or death arising from the use of our services; or any damage arising from your reliance on information provided through our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you, for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SanoobFit in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanoobfit Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of our website, app, or services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights); or any content you submit to us (including testimonials, photos, or reviews).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, access, or use of our services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, you engage in prohibited activities (Section 7), your payment fails or is reversed, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue any part of our service (in which case we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible).

Upon termination: your access to paid programmes will be revoked, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any subscription or one-time purchase except where mandatory law requires otherwise, and sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, liability, indemnification, governing law) will remain in effect.

You may close your account at any time by emailing info@sanoobfit.com.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and app may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Apple's in-app purchase system, RevenueCat, EzyCourse, YouTube, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered users by email or through a notice on the website. Your continued use of our services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

For users residing in the UAE, EU, UK, or other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection rights may apply and are not waived by this Section.

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanoobfit Private Limited regarding your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
