Built around a working week
Most busy professionals do not fail for lack of discipline. They fail because the plan was built for someone with free evenings. Online coaching removes the parts that cost time: no commute, no gym queue, and training that fits an early morning, a lunch break or a hotel room.
- Online coaching through the app (900 AED for 3 months): your plan in the SanoobFit app, followed on your own schedule.
- Online one-to-one PT by Zoom (1,800 AED for 3 months): one-to-one sessions by Zoom, wherever you are that week.
What a realistic week looks like
You do not need two hours a day. For most adults with a full diary, a week that works looks like this:
- Two or three strength sessions of 30 to 45 minutes. The World Health Organization recommends muscle-strengthening activity on at least two days a week for adults.
- 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day, built into the day you already have: calls on foot, the stairs, a walk after dinner.
- Protein at every meal, and a plan for business lunches and dinners rather than hoping for the best.
- Sleep treated as part of training, not whatever is left over.
Consistency over months beats intensity over a fortnight. The plan that survives a busy quarter is the one that works.
Why strength matters more after 35
Adults lose muscle gradually from their thirties onwards unless they train it, and with it goes strength, the way the body handles food, and the resilience of the back and joints. This is not ageing you have to accept. It is muscle you have not yet asked to stay.
That is why strength training sits at the centre of the plan, with walking, food and sleep around it, rather than long cardio sessions that take time a busy week does not have.
Eating well on a busy schedule
- Decide the default. A breakfast and a lunch you can repeat on busy days removes most of the daily decisions.
- Protein first. Build each meal around a palm-sized portion of protein, then add vegetables and the rest.
- Plan the business dinner. Choose a grilled main and a side of vegetables before you sit down, and let the rest of the table be the rest of the table.
- Do not rely on the evening. The later and more tired you are, the worse the decisions. Put the effort into the start of the day.
Online coaching or a gym membership?
A membership gives you a place to train. It does not give you a plan, someone who notices when you stop, or advice for the week the job takes over. Online coaching is the plan and the accountability, and it works in your building's gym, a hotel gym or your living room.
The problems a desk job creates
- Sitting all day. Long hours at a desk and in the car stiffen the hips and upper back, and often show up as back or neck pain. Short, regular strength and mobility work helps more than occasional long sessions.
- Travel. Hotel rooms, time zones and early flights break routines. A plan that works with a pair of dumbbells, a band or just your bodyweight keeps going wherever you are.
- Stress and short nights. Pressure at work and too little sleep raise hunger and cravings. Training helps with both, and a good plan allows for the weeks when there is less of you to give.
- Joint pain. Many professionals over 35 carry a sore back, knee or shoulder. Rehabilitation for back, knee and shoulder pain is one of Sanoob's specialisations. If the pain is new, severe or getting worse, see a doctor or physiotherapist for a diagnosis first.

How much time do I need each week?
For most adults, two or three strength sessions of 30 to 45 minutes, plus 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day, is enough for real progress.
Can I keep training while I travel?
Yes. Online coaching through the app and online one-to-one PT by Zoom both work wherever you are.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Corporate fitness includes a free consultation and assessments for your professionals, a team of nutritionists and app support to build a health, fitness and wellness community at your company, offline classes if required, and regular assessments to check progress.

I sit all day and my back hurts. Can I still train?
Often, yes: rehabilitation for back, knee and shoulder pain is one of Sanoob's specialisations. If the pain is new, severe or getting worse, see a doctor or physiotherapist for a diagnosis first.
